All service and sales partners are experienced scale specialists who are trained in handling the weighing components we use and provide fast on-site service and support.

This includes trading with products from other renowned manufacturers and suppliers in the field of weighing technology for a wide range of applications.

Export

We maintain intensive international business relations.

This includes not only the distribution of our products, but also the cooperation with local specialized companies on a partnership basis.
AAt the association level (VDMA), we maintain and expand our international contacts. We also welcome informative visits from foreign interested parties. For example, the visit of the Chinese trade association to our plant in 2002.

The designs of our export scales are based on the international OIML or European WELMEC recommendations. We prefer modular designs or kits for export truck scales, which meet the often difficult logistic and climatic conditions or can be assembled by the customer on request. Some designs can be pre-calibrated in our factory – taking into account the existing geo-value at the final installation site. In addition, we have the appropriate qualifications and certification to perform manufacturer’s certifications and issue declarations of conformity in the European Economic Area.
National peculiarities and regulations must of course be observed and coordinated before an order is placed. We prefer communication in English for foreign-language countries. Documentation and operator guidance for the weighing terminals are available in several national languages. Further translations are possible if required.
