Truck scale WD 92 – Construction site scale
Above-ground truck scale for weighing road vehicles, light-weight design, especially suitable for mobile use on construction sites
| Technical data | |
|---|---|
| Design description: | Floor-mounted scales made of steel construction, chequer plate cover, easy to move with electromechanical scales underframe as well as operating terminal with weight display, data memory and interfaces |
| Special features: | Low drive-on height, easy to ship, low installation effort, often used for short-term rental applications, calibration possible in the manufacturer's factory |
| Load capacity: | Load capacity according to DIN 8119 up to 60 t |
| Weighing capacity: | Up to 60 t, optional numerical increments of 10 kg, 20 kg, 50 kg Accuracy class III |
| Dimensions: | Bridge bolted in one piece: Length 6 m - 20 m Bridge one-piece bolted: Width 3 m Drive-up height 0.4 m |
| Operation: | Manual by weigher or driver |
| Weighing terminals: | IT series, German make with EU type approval |
| Substructure: | Analogue DMS load cells with pendulum or elastomer bearing |
| Options: | Increased load capacity, scrape boards, guide tube, ramps, various operating terminals, digital strain gauge load cells, position monitoring, signalling system, additional equipment, etc. |

All modules can be screwed on and quickly assembled by means of a forklift truck, the drive-on height is only approx. 30 cm. Basically, steel truck scales require solid, horizontally aligned foundations that can withstand the counterpressure of the total load. Setting up a scale on an asphalted road or on an uneven surface leads to considerable deviations from the permissible calibration error limits due to lowering or inclination in the millimetre range.
